This mansion has two main structures, one is the three-storey main treehouse, and one is the smaller treehouse located a few steps from the main treehouse and connected via a wooden deck.
It is also part of a 50-acre property with 7 other guest houses, which include a smaller treehouse, a Civil War cabin, a country studio treehouse, a homestead, and others.
Shared amenities include a chicken coop, large areas of outdoor space, hot tubs, and hiking trails within the land. The main mansion includes air conditioning, a kitchen, a washer and dryer area, a hot tub on the ground-level deck, a pond where you can catch and release fish, a meditation labyrinth, and a creek that runs through the property all year round.

In terms of location, Springfield downtown is only 5 minutes away, so you won’t have problems with getting supplies. Local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are a short distance away.

However, you won't be able to cook in this treehouse.
